Ahh, we love competition, especially when it means more HD channels for everyone. While the cable co's let the satellite providers lead the way with new HD programming, they aren't too far behind, and now Comcast customers are going to be able to enjoy five new HD channels in various markets. The five new channels include, A&E HD, Food Network HD, HGTV HD, National Geographic HD and NFL Network HD. As we just heard, NFL Network is suing 'cause they're on the sports tier, so in the meantime that tier is going to cost you another $5 a month. Also on the way is TBS HD -- in time for MLB playoffs in HD -- CNN HD and a little further down the road, MGM HD.
