World of WarCrafts: IRL Dirge's Kickin' Chimaerok Chops

Maureen Carter

Every Wednesday World of WarCrafts features a recipe or craft that teaches you how to make own real life version of in-game recipes and items.

This week I thought I would tackle the only (as far as I know) Epic cooking recipe that WoW has to offer, Dirge's Kickin' Chimaerok Chops. This recipe is only available upon completion of a quest and has a panda on the front. What could be better than that? Nothing is better than a recipe with a panda on the front except maybe being able to make it IRL.

This recipe is a bit more involved than my past recipes have been but I figured I could get away with it since this is an Epic recipe to begin with.

Dirge's Kickin' Chimaerok Chops

4 pieces boneless Chimaerok Tenderloin
1/4 cup Refreshing Spring Water
Hot Spices divided
4-6 Spongy Morel sliced
1-2 slices of Ogre fruit cut into ribbions
3 Tablespoons Noobsauce
3/4 cup Goblin Rocket Fuel
Deeprock Salt
1-2 Tablespoons Blessed Wizard Oil

Add 1/2 Hot Spices to a bag and add the Chimaerok Tenderloin, let mearinate for 30 minutes to overnight.

Add Blessed Wizard Oil to a skillet and heat over medium high heat. Add the Chimaerok Tenderloin to the pan and brown on both sides. Brush with more Hot Spices on each side and continue cooking. Add Refreshing Spring Water to your skillet. Cover and let cook until the Chimaerok Tenderloin is cooked through.

Remove meat from your pan to a plate, cover with foil to keep warm. Add ogre fruit and Spongy Morels to the pan. Allow to cook for 2-5 minutes. Add Goblin Rocket Fuel, Noobsauce, and remaining Hot Spices, mix well. Now add the Deeprock Salt if desired to taste.

Hot Spices- Sundried Tomato salad dressing
Spongy Morel- mushrooms
Ogre fruit- onion
Noobsauce- Ketchup
