Keyword there is "cooperative." Valentine artist beavotron posted a handful of Left 4 Dead themed cards over on the Penny Arcade forums, allowing anyone to print and give them to a (real or imaginative) significant other.

Just know that if your lover doesn't accept the zombified sign of love, your relationship just wasn't meant to survive.
