The Queue: There's no title that really goes with today's Queue

Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Adam Holisky, senior editor at WoW Insider and co-founder of a new mobile gaming site, will be your host today.

Apparently, everyone is taking pictures of themselves in mirrors these days.

Silly Night Elf.

Chaosdefined asked:

When hearing that the Warlock T13 Helm was a tentacle for a face, did anyone else think the designer had been watching too much Japanese anime?

I agree with Oreet -- warlock tier 13 is more like Zoidberg.

Sidvicious asked:

Any chance that I can use Transmogrification on heirlooms and than have them sent to one of my lvl 1 characters, for example will I be able to have a lvl 1 druid look like he/she is wearing Tier 5 Nordrassil?

Nope. You must be able to posses and wear both pieces of the armor before you can start the transmogrification process. It does not carry across heirloom items (Blizzard has said this before).

Hartlessd asked:

Why are people complaining about not being able to queue up for old dungeons? I understand people want to farm old content and help guildies but why not just walk into the instance?

There are a couple of reasons. First, people want to be able to have easy access to dungeons. Second, I'd bet there's a large percentage of the population who doesn't know where the entrances to dungeons are. And third (and perhaps most importantly in my case), achievement runs on older heroics are easier with many people; five level 85s would be able to do just about every heroic Wrath achievement with ease. I'd like to do that on some alts.

Even though I think it's unlikely, I really hope old-world raids will be queueable in the upcoming patch 4.3 Raid Finder. Running them would be a breeze and a great boon to the transmogrification process.

Valis asked:

Is WOW still fun to play? Or has it become a complete bastion of gear psychosis, stress, elitism and L2PnubLOL! If were to re-activate my account tonight and begin fresh with a new toon...well...would it be worth it?

I think it would be worth it. That level of elitism is still around, but it's not nearly as prevalent as it was back in the day. There are a lot more people running alts and "second mains," so you're more likely than ever to meet up with folks with less-than-great gear.

I'd also really recommend that you find a good adult guild, one that advertises little drama and has been around for a while. Those people are likely not to give a damn about the elitist aspects of WoW and will be more focused on just being nice folks. Surround yourself with positive people, and you'll enjoy WoW again.

Scott asked:

Why can't we, as a solo player, simply teleport to the end boss of any raid - defeat it using some strange trinket proc, and have every other boss and trash mob come to us and drop their loot at our feet, without the tedium of having to actually kill them all? Oh, and for the sake of fairness, any skinnable mobs would rip their pelts off and hand them to us too, while a couple of other mobs would collect all the ore and herbs in the instance and put them in our bags... our super-mega-88-slot bags that we buy at the blizzard store.

Will we be able to roll Pandaren Death Knights?

Will female Pandaren have Tauren boobs or Worgen boobs?

Has RIFT killed WoW yet?

Why can't we triple-spec? Quadruple-spec? Why can't my 85 Hunter roll a third spec as a Paladin Tank?

Why does Blizzard hate Paladins/Druids/Priests/Players/etc?

Why do other players keep attacking me on a PvP server?

Do commenters to WoW Insider get paid?

Will i be able to transmogrify my Staff into a Jedi Lightsaber once SWTOR comes out?

...and what about Naomi?

1) Because you lack a shark with a laser. The shark with a laser would be able to skin and herb for you automatically, while buying that 88-slot bag.

2) Yes.

3) Forsaken.

4) Rift has killed WoW many times over. The only people who still play WoW and visit this site are Krotzer and Cutaia. Also, they both ghostwrite everything you read.

5) Your level 90 demon hunter will be able to octuple-spec, just like in Rift.

6) Because they're not demon hunters.

7) Once you hit level 15, your heals will always hit and they won't be able to kill you anymore.

8) Not since Huffington Post took over.

9) Only if it's proven that Han shot first.

10) Maybe Sacco can answer this one in The Queue tomorrow. I have no idea.
