MV Guide is a weekly rundown of the MMO gaming events planned on Massively's Livestream channel.

Every week, the Massively staff logs in to play various MMOs live and in person, and we'd love for you to drop by the channel and visit. We have a combination of regular weekly games and new surprises, so you'll find a variety of titles to take a look at. During livestream events, you can participate in the live chat, ask questions to learn about the game, and simply spend some time with Massively staff and readers. (Of course, livestream events are subject to the whims of outside forces like server-side gremlins once in a while.)

We've got a hefty lineup on MV Guide this week: Newly launched games and expansions, a detailed tour of an old favorite, PvP, and more. Follow along after the jump to see what's on this week's schedule!


Monday, 5:00 p.m. EDT: Beau -- KULTAN
Beau kicks off his new streaming schedule by moving his Rise and Shiny stream to Monday and filling in the rest of the week with one other game! This week his Rise and Shiny pick is KULTAN, a cool-looking browser-based ship combat game that promises high adventure, scurvy, landlubbers and gold! Yar!

Tuesday, 5:00 p.m. EDT: Beau -- Anarchy Online
It's been a while since Beau last checked in on the old Anarchy Online, so now is the perfect time. On this first day he is going to just get his bearings, see what kind of stuff he has left sitting in his inventory, and generally meet up with old friends. You get to watch over his should as he noobs it up all week!

Tuesday, 6:30 p.m. EDT: Patrick -- Champions Online
Patrick teams up with other heroes this week to take on CO's open missions. This one is interactive -- feel free to join in and take on some of the bosses!

Tuesday, 10:00 p.m. EDT: Brandon -- Star Trek Online
Hang out with Brandon for an evening full of PvP in the Star Trek Online universe. He will be showing off space combat, which is billed as the best part of the game, on a variety of maps and game types. Throughout the stream, he will also be talking about his various builds and how you can come out victorious in your next match. Red alert, shields up!

Wednesday, 5:00 p.m. EDT: Beau -- Anarchy Online
What's that? More AO, you say? Of course! Watch as Beau goes on a killing spree... hopefully with some help from a community member or two. Otherwise, this episode will be a tour of the hospital.

Thursday, 3:00 p.m. EDT: Justin -- Lord of the Rings Online: Rise of Isengard
Join Justin on his quest to die painfully, memorably, and often as he explores the virgin territories of Rise of Isengard. Warning: Singing can and most definitely will happen. Justin takes requests, including "Oh for the love of all that is holy, please shut up!"

Thursday, 5:00 p.m. EDT: Beau -- Anarchy Online
If you've ever wondered what some of the housing looks like in Anarchy Online, let Beau be your guide! Well, OK, he can barely afford to live in a cardboard box, but he'll still show you around. If he's lucky, he'll run into an old buddy who owns a massive apartment in the sky. It's quite breathtaking -- you'll see!

Thursday, 9:00 p.m. EDT: Karen and Jeremy -- Dragon Nest
Come watch Jeremy and Karen as they celebrate the launch of Dragon Nest, Nexon's newest title. They'll check out the starting experience and test out their (not-so) fast twitch skills in this action-filled MMO.

Friday, 5:00 p.m. EDT: Beau -- Anarchy Online
And upon the last day Beau did die, a lot. And it was good! But if you are lucky, you learned something about this old and wonderful game this week. If not, email Beau and let him know! See you in the future!
