Halloween Sale Megapost: Namco, EA, GoG, Direct2Drive, OnLive

This Halloween weekend, many major game distributors are treating us to some massive sales on games they consider "scary," "dark," or that include zombies. To make the scavenging easy while you put the final touches on your Pyramid Head costume (you freak), we've compiled the Halloween-weekend deals from EA, GoG, Direct2Drive, Namco Bandai and OnLive right here.

The trick? We're eating all the candy ourselves, and you get none. Boo-ya.

EA Mobile
has dozens of games for iPad on sale, some up to 80 percent, including Battlefield: Bad Company 2, Mirror's Edge, Dead Space and Tetris. For Android, The Sims, Tetris, Madden NFL 12, FIFA 10 and Need for Speed: Shift are on sale, and Plants vs. Zombies is cheap on iPhone and iPod Touch.

Most of Namco Bandai's iOS and Android titles are 50 percent off or more, except for Puzzle Quest 2, which is 20 percent off (Figure out that puzzle, brainiac).

Direct2Drive wants you to get costume ideas from its sale titles, which include Dead Space 2 for $9.95, Borderlands for $4.95, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood for $19.95 and the Penumbra Collection for $4.95.

All of GOG's sale titles are 50 percent off, including three Gabriel Knight games for $2.99 each, Sanitarium for $4.99 and Vampire the Masquerade: Redemption for $2.99.

OnLive is handing out the jumbo Butterfingers, allowing users to play Amnesia: The Dark Descent, F.E.A.R 3, Metro 2033 and Orcs Must Die! for free all weekend long.
