Remember, folks, Stormwind claims it doesn't have enough money to put lifeguards down at the piers, so consider the possibility of drowning or shark attack before you go skinny-dipping. Strangely, the city elders do seem to have enough cash on hand to pay for an apparently endless supply of guards who do nothing but stand around.
