The WoW Insider Show Episode 246: In which we say goodbye to Mat
This week, we sit down and bid a fond farewell to Mat McCurley, who is taking his leave to join the fine folks at Riot Games. Mat has been a staple on the site for two and a half years, contributing everything from daily news posts to the podcast and being an amazing host for our reader meetup.
Mat leaves a legacy of intelligent conversation and entertaining writing that few are able to master, and I think speak on behalf of the entire community when I say that we'll miss his presence. Mat's got a goodbye post coming up later in the week that he wrote himself; be sure to check that out.
But as Mat departs, a new chapter in The WoW Insider Show's history begins -- Anne Stickney will be joining the show as the third cohost. We're thrilled to have her on so we can hear her unique input each and every week. Mike Sacco and Matt Rossi will still be behind the mics, so never fear.
