WoW Moviewatch: Wish We Were Uber Ep.1: Memes of Destiny

If you've been around the Moviewatch halls for a while, you know what all the hip cats are saying: "We like story-based machinima." So it's pretty exciting to see a new video focused on storytelling, comedy, and character development.

I wasn't sure what to make of Wish We Were Uber at first. It's a little bit parody, a little bit sketch comedy, but mostly a tongue-in-cheek adventure story. Once I committed to sitting down and watching the 11-minute film, though, I was a fan. It's not quite ready to knock Illegal Danish of its lofty throne or anything like that, but Wish We Were Uber could grow into something awesome. And, hey, I'm a fan of buddy-adventurer stories.
