Indie developer Psyonix, who once upon a time made Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars for the PSN, are about to launch their new game Arc Squadron.

The Unreal-powered space shooter for iOS and Android has a bunch going on under the starcraft hood. The game features 64 levels, twenty different environments, lots of ships and the standard Gamecenter support with leaderboards and achievements.

The game was announced at a previous PAX, but it's currently in the "we're-almost-ready-as-soon-as-Apple-approves-us" stage. So, likely, a few weeks.
