After Burner Climax
, Sega's renewal of the franchise about flying fighter planes in Sega-blue skies, is continuing its journey to progressively smaller systems. First it was an arcade game, then it went downloadable for consoles. Now it's landing on your phone (crunch).
An iOS port of Climax is "on the way." Sega didn't specify a release date, saying only that it was arriving at "mach speed." But from where? And isn't mach speed actually pretty slow for data transmission? Oh, it's a reference to how fast the planes go. We get it.
