In the event that your primary payment method cannot be authorized, it is extremely helpful to have a back-up payment method on hand. If you elect to prepare a back-up payment method, we recommend that you contact its sponsoring financial institution in addition to that of your primary payment method prior to starting your purchase. Contact Your Financial Institution
While your financial institution may be accustomed to seeing monthly $14.99 USD charges by Blizzard Entertainment, larger charges such as one or more $175 tickets may be restricted if not expected. We strongly recommend that you contact your financial institution ahead of time to discuss any possible restrictions that may prevent your purchase. Keep in mind that you will have limited time to finalize your BlizzCon 2013 ticket transaction after reaching checkout. Browse the Blizzard Store
We recommend browsing the Blizzard Store before tickets go on sale so that you can familiarize yourself with the process of adding items to your cart and checking out. Alternatively, you can check out our Placing an order at the Blizzard Store support article
