Well, it's ten years late, but I saw the Postal Service perform last night, and it was everything I hoped for. They even got Jenny Lewis to perform with them! And Big Freedia opened for them! And Postal Service came out and twerked! Never thought I'd utter those words!

WoW is already basically a sci-fi game. It's the highest of high fantasy. Burning Crusade had spaceships, for Pete's sake. Setting BC as WoW's sci-fi upper limit seems to have worked just fine so far.

Blizzard abandoned the idea that PvP silhouettes were important long ago, so I don't see any reason why they'd go back on it now. Besides, the way that gear works now, it's not like seeing what gear someone is actually wearing carries some huge disadvantage. You know your opponent is likely wearing the same PvP gear everyone else is wearing, with the same advantages and disadvantages.

Do you think Draenei have fur? I've seen various...pictures of them, and some treat them like they have fine fur, others treat it more like regular skin that just happens to end in a hoof. I've never seen anything lorewise that says either way, but I know Trolls are in the same boat as they're said to have fine fur but most people don't know/depict them with it.
Some official art depicts them with fine fur on the legs, but I think they're probably mostly like humans -- a little fuzz here and there, more on guys than gals, and more on the legs for sure.

For example, if I was in half 450 gear and half 496 gear, and it was scaled down to 463, which of the following would I end up with?
(450+463)/2 = 456.5
min(((450+496)/2), 463) = min(473,463) = 463
The first one; otherwise, your 450 gear is scaling up!
