The Queue: So I just have a question

Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Adam Holisky (@adamholisky) will be your host today.

We'll get right into the Queue today. It's all questions and all Queue.

NathanO asked:

Next class: Technomancer anyone?

No please. As was pointed out in the comments, the technomancer, or technomage, is really a steampunk/futuristic individual who has merged high technology and mysticism together into an appeasing profession. I think one of the best technomancers came from Babylon 5 way back when -- and as someone who thinks there is an important line between fantasy and sci-fi, I wouldn't want it to be muddled up.

I don't mean to nerd rage or stomp over the idea or anything -- I think it has its merits and is doable in some sort of techno-gnome situation. But at some point I'd like WoW to stick to more high fantasy and less space goats coast-to-coast.

Puntable asked:

The Diablo Crusader wields a Morning Star, which leads me to think that Blizzard was able to solve the problem of non-rigid weapons looking right when swung. Would you like to see weapons like flails and a whips introduced to WoW?

Diablo is a very very different animal than WoW, so I wouldn't read too much into what Blizzard is able to do in one game and not the other, especially when it comes to graphics.

Now that said, yes, I think it'd be great to have whips and flails in WoW. Just think of the RP.

Lowmaxiii asked:

Just curious, is there a way to unsubscribe to the Brew of the Month? After 4+ years or more, I don't want a brew every month.

There's not, unfortunately. You'll need to just trash those beers yourself when they come each and every month. Without fail. Forever and ever. Until the end of the universe.

Just think, if you die tomorrow, beers are still going to be delivered to you. The dwarves are just that good at brewing.

Zavandor asked:

The Warcraft movie is going to be released by Legendary and Universal. Wouldn't be awesome to have a miniland dedicated to Warcraft in one of the Universal's Orlando Theme park?

I think it would be nice actually. I mean, "Varian the Ride" could just be waiting around in a big line and doing nothing at all. It'd be just like in-game!

Clovia asked:

Will the WoW Insider Show Podcast be uploaded for this week?

Look for it later today! Just had a few technical issues to take care of.
