WRUP: Oversaturation

Welcome back to Massively's What Are You Playing, the game where we tell you what we're playing this weekend and you try to convince us that what the genre needs next is a zombie MMOTCG or possibly a zombie MOBA. With motorcycles. And then we make this froggy face at you.

Anatoli Ingram, Columnist
@ceruleangrey: I'll be playing Guild Wars 2, enjoying all the feature pack... features. I should probably try to recoup some of the money I spent on unlocking dyes (yes, I do need every single shade of electric blue, thank you).

Bree Royce, Editor-in-Chief
@nbrianna: I'll be doing some Guild Wars 2 puttering, playing with clothes, wrapping my head around traits, trying to decide whether to sell or sit on my huge stack of unidentified dyes, whining about the new dailies -- the usual. I'll also probably check in on Villagers and Heroes, which finally landed on Steam this week. I am bizarrely excited to see it there.

Eliot Lefebvre, Senior Contributing Editor
@Eliot_Lefebvre: Catching up to be done in Final Fantasy XIV. Demos to be played for my personal writing. Card games to play with my wife. Sentences to fragment.

Justin Olivetti, Senior Contributing Editor
@Sypster: Man, do I have a laundry list of things needing to be played. Lord of the Rings Online's new update and epic story? Guild Wars 2's recent feature pack? The Secret World's new investigation missions? The Wolf Among Us episode 3? Hearthstone on iPad? I'd love to buy a free day for $100, Alex.

Larry Everett, Columnist
@Shaddoe: In Star Wars: The Old Republic, my guild is stepping into nightmare-mode Dread Fortress. If the raid leader is cool with it, I will stream that on my personal channel. But for most of the weekend, I will level up my Imperial in Elder Scrolls Online.

MJ Guthrie, Contributing Editor
@MJ_Guthrie: Lord of the Rings Online is in full-on anniversary mode, and I have a hard time passing up anniversary events! So I will be there brawling over kegs, lighting fireworks, and maybe racing a horse or two. And since I desperately need to get the Clean Up skill in The Secret World, I will be trying for more Flappy runs and a few missions to amp off my AP. I might even get some more exploring done in The Elder Scrolls Online. But the bulk of my time will be tweaking my build in Landmark and finding new and amazing things to show off for the next tour!

At the start of every weekend, we catch up with the Massively staff members and ask them, "What are you playing this week?" (Otherwise known as: WRUP!) Join us to see what we're up to in and out of game -- and catch us in the comments to let us know what you're playing, too!
