The Queue: Facepalms, PvP accessories, Azeroth Choppers, and more PvP

Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Adam Holisky (@adamholisky) will be your host today.

Terry asked:

What's your most facepalm moment as a WoW player?

The biggest facepalm moment for me in recent years just happened actually. I was messing around on my hunter a couple weekends ago and a friend messaged me, inviting me on a mount achievement run. I was having fun just soloing so I politely declined -- after all, I've basically got all my mounts and I'm not really needing but a few of the harder to get ones.

Of course, that's what they did. All of the hard ones.

I'll be waiting another year to do this.

Danny asked:

Do you think pvpers will get special class accessories in WoD?

I absolutely love this idea. The top PvP armor sets in Vanilla WoW are some of the most memorable parts of the original game for me. Seeing those people that really earned them walk around like they owned the place was awesome (and by the way, they basically did own the place). Having this again in WoW? Great! I say let's do it.

It'll be very interesting to see how these class accessories turn out. There's a ton of opportunities for them to be amazing.

Jake asked:

How do you think the Azeroth Choppers in-game mount winner will be implented in the game?

We talked about this on the podcast this week, and I agree with the hosts -- we're going to get a cliff hanger as Blizzard tries to decide which chopper to go with. We'll end with Metzen looking at the team going "Actually guys, there's been a change of plans." Cut to black, dramatic stupid music.

Oh surprise! Next week we're getting both choppers! Because both are so cool! Yay! Unnecessary exclamation points!

... Do I sound cynical? I don't mean to be, it's just so... I don't know... campy. Too much for my tastes. It's why I rarely watch shows on the Discovery or History Channel (that's where their chopper show lives, right?). I probably should stop talking about this now.

CinaBarbosa asked:

So .. crazy idea. What if blizzard let players queue for battlegrounds at level 1

I get that people want to jump into the game as soon as possible, but doing it that early is just ripe for issues. I'm impressed if people can just move their character around with ease when picking up the game for the first time.

Level 10, when you can get into Warsong, is a good place for the entry cap to stay.
