The Queue: Dad dad dad dad

Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Anne Stickney (@Shadesogrey) is answering all kinds of questions today.

Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there today!

Fizzl asked:

Q4TQ: how likely is it Draenor won't actually be the focus of the whole expansion? In other words, what's the chance that halfway through the expansion we finish what we needed to in Draenor and return home only to find the Legion in full force. The rest of the expansion takes place outside of Draenor fighting non-Orc baddies.

I think we're going to be on Draenor for the whole expansion -- I don't think we're going to make a sudden rush back to Azeroth, not with so much invested in garrisons and outposts on Draenor. However, I think that Draenor potentially has far worse to offer than a bunch of amped up orc warlords, and I'm guessing we're going to get into that later in the expansion.

Razwick82 asked:

QftQ If the devs were to reduce restrictions on transmog, what would you change? I know a lot of hunters and shaman think they should be able to 'mog leather, and frankly, I agree. I would like to see certain white items like the fish mentioned yesterday become moggable just for the sake of fun. What other restrictions could they reasonably change or remove?

I think that classes should be able to trasmog every armor type they can equip. So cloth wearing classes still get cloth, leather wearing classes would get cloth and leather, mail wearing classes would get cloth, leather, and mail -- and plate wearing classes would get the whole shebang. However, this wouldn't exactly be fair to the cloth wearing classes out there, because they'd still only have one pool of armor to pull from. So I'd be okay if the armor types were done by group -- cloth and leather wearing classes could transmog cloth and leather, mail and plate wearing classes could transmog both mail and plate.

ausroyal asked:

I've been wondering and can't seem to find a conclusive answer so maybe someone can help: I play on NA servers now, however I lived in London for 2 years where I played much of cata on EU servers. If I reactive my EU account which is tied to my battlenet account and log in, will the mounts I have and my achievements appear on my NA account? I don't want to drop the money on it without knowing for certain. Thanks!

Nope! EU and US accounts don't share anything, unfortunately.

@Alannyax0 asked via Twitter:

Q for the Queue or even just you! New to stealth classes and I was wondering for PvP, if I'm stealthed is my companion pet too?

No, your companion pet is most definitely not stealthed right along with you. While you may have learned the art of blending into the shadows, Mr. Fluffkins has not had the same lessons. This also means that companion pets are a dead giveaway for rogues and feral druids, so when you're PvPing, keep the critters out of the fracas.

@Roseland1985 asked via Twitter:

I wonder...do you think this new timeline will have a non, or less, corrupted Illidan hanging around?

Nope! Illidan didn't travel to Draenor until the Third War -- long after the events of this alternate Draenor are taking place. We've been told we won't see alternate Azeroth hijinks on this version of Draenor, so Illidan is still out of the picture, sadly.

@WithStylePetite asked via Twitter:

In the expansion following WoD do you think Dalaran will find a fixed location to call home and if so where should it be?

I don't know if it'll ever take a stationary, fixed location as home to be honest. But if it were up to me, I'd love to see Jaina land Dalaran right where Theramore used to be, as a silent sort of "Yeah, let's see you guys do anything to this magical city" to the Horde.

@ShaofHappiness asked via Twitter:

If you can add any creature in the world to be a pet ingame, what would it be and why?

I really want to see a duck pet. Azeroth has no waterfowl to speak of, and it makes me sad. Bring on the ducks! Or geese. I'd be happy with a goose, too.
