Slices of Apple episode two: Back from the brink

In this episode we discuss Apple's dalliance with clones, Steve Jobs founding NeXT and the return of Jobs to Apple. In the next episode we'll interview a call center rep, a former Apple Genius and our own Steve Sande. It's the first of our interviews, and we'll discuss how sincere Apple is when it comes to customer service. Later interviews will get into the tools and processes within Apple that guide it to creating world-class products.
