WRUP: So it begins
BlizzCon inches closer with every passing day. It's close enough now that there's little else on the minds of the WoW Insider crew. Whether we're going to be there in person or watching via the virtual ticket, this weekend is one of preparation. One does not walk into BlizzCon unprepared.

Adam Holisky (@AdamHolisky) I'm going to make sure that I don't get sick. At all. I'm going to this BlizzCon free of fall crud.
Adam Koebel (@BendakWoW) I'm actually going to play through season 2 of The Walking Dead this weekend (finally). There will be some WoW thrown in there for sure, mostly daily things to get me more toys. I'll also see if I can somehow add to my collection of 6 Hellscream's Warbows. I like the number 7. My only preparations for BlizzCon will involve getting a nice selection of snacks to eat as I comfortably enjoy BlizzCon in a pants-optional environment.
Alex Ziebart (@AlexZiebart) There's no gaming at all happening for me this weekend -- just packing for my flight Sunday morning. I'm going to rendezvous with Anne Stickney, then we begin the long drive to BlizzCon.
Anne Stickney (@Shadesogrey) I am, in fact, beginning a mad road trip on Sunday - although just over a few states rather than half the country. Sadly, I'm going to miss the end of beta - but I have the sneaking suspicion I'll be having a lot more fun on the road anyway.
Dawn Moore (@dawnwow) Before I leave for BlizzCon on Sunday I'm going to squeeze in a Tempest Keep run so I can have another shot as some gear I want for a transmog. If there's time on Saturday I'll do a little more beta leveling then that'll be it until after the con. While I'm on the go I'll be playing Plants vs. Zombies 2 (must collect all the plant costumes...) and Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds. Don't forget to bring your DS to BlizzCon for StreetPass!
Elizabeth Harper (@faience) I'm at Disney World this weekend so no BlizzCon prep for me. I'll be getting back home just in time to zip off to BlizzCon!
Matthew Rossi (@MatthewWRossi) I am stuck at the library on a laptop from 2004.
Sarah Pine (@ilaniel) I've got two presentations/final projects for class coming up (only 5 weeks left already, yikes!) so I'll be meeting with all my groups over the weekend, and I doubt a whole lot of gaming will be going on. I'll also be avoiding rain and trying to keep my feet dry!
