The Queue: Lockouts, level 3 mine, Nagrand, and NSFTQ

Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Adam Holisky (@adamholisky) will be your host today.

Kyra asked:

If I already cleared Highmaul on normal difficulty with my guild, can we still do it on Heroic and get loot? People don't really agree on this, some say yes and others no. Any idea?

Yes, the lockouts (and loot lockouts) are on separate timers.

Sebastian asked:

I have a level 100 main, who unlocked the level 3 mine. All is well there.

I have a level 94 alt who just hit mining 700, and I wanted to unlock the level 3 mine for him as well. I can't uprgade the building, because it says i don't have the plans. I can buy the plans, and did so, but can't learn them, because they are "Already Known", as my main has done it already. I promptly sold the blueprints back for my 1000 gold refund. Sooooo...how do I get a level 3 mine on my alt?

A couple things.

First, you didn't unlock the mine, exactly, on your entire account -- you unlocked the right to purchase the level 3 mine blueprint on your entire account. This means that when you're able to build the mine you can do purchase the blueprint and do so, without having to deal with the collecting all those stones.

Second, you need to have a level three town hall and be level 100 to get the level three mine or any level three building.

Jack asked:

Sp, after hitting 100 with my main (and only character), I haven't seen or heard a single thing about garish/grommash.....where can i find him, or any cutscenes involving him. Apparently he gets a littlee bit hit by thrall? IDK whats going on with him :/

Finish out Nagrand... there's an ending there you'll want to experience.

Paul asked:

For the Q : In Tenaan jungle, how long did you make your gun powder trail before hitting the trigger?

NSFTQ (not safe for the queue).
