I started writing years ago after receiving excellent instruction from my AP English teacher. I began by writing verse and later found passion in writing as a whole. That passion translated perfectly to the online world where I’m often writing optimized content for various businesses (including my own).  I own and operate a business in Denver, Colorado, that I simply call “Fix." We repair Apple products and help people make great decisions about their technology. We’ll help anyone from a single home user to medium-sized businesses that operate within the Apple ecosystem. You can read more of my writing on the blog here - fixdenver.com I also own an online business called Drift Management. It focuses on content optimization for clients who use our recommended WordPress architecture. Over the last 8 years, we’ve developed best practices for SEO through our WordPress design and development endeavors. At this point, we let other companies do the theming; that allows us to work on the truly important part of a website - optimization. I don’t write very much on that website because I’m too busy taking care of our clients, but you can check out that site here - driftmgmt.com Lastly, I’m a bearded beast, and I enjoy taking care of my whiskers. On January 1, 2014, I started a “yeard” blog (365 days of bearding without trimming a single hair). That blog grew into a business; I saw a need for better beard grooming techniques and products. However, it’s not just beard stuff! We have products for women too. You can check that out here - hairlybasic.com What do I do for fun? I write… seriously. A long, long time ago, I started a blog called Cocoa Touch Apps. Before App Store reviews and dollar apps, it was a great way to help our readers make purchase decisions. I’ve changed the structure of that blog several times. In its current form, I call it eciov (voice spelled backwards). You can find it here - eciov.com I use it as a publishing platform for my thoughts that don’t fit into my three companies. It also serves as a podcast server for my various (in-hiatus) podcasts. We started producing shows in 2013, but I, as well as my co-hosts, couldn’t find time to make it a regular occurrence. We hope to remedy that and bring all of our shows back online soon.
