Feedback submitted!Unable to submit feedback! My Workstation OS of choice at present.I like Linux shells but I hate the lack of standardisation in the GUI apps.I like the configurabilty afforded by config files in Linux but often I'm lazy and just want to click a few options to make the changes I need done.Sleep and resume works better on my Dell D830 laptop than under XP. Go figure.Server 2003 allows me to use all of my 4Gb of RAM, XP limits me to 3.5 or less (I can't remember if it was 3 or 3.5).Most of the apps I need work, the only exception is the driver for my bank's smartcardreader - which used to work, but since I reinstalled to clear out years of accumulated guff, the newer version of the driver no longer works under Server 2003 and I can no longer find the older version...At work we use this OS extensively for our operating platform and it continues to meet all of our needs. We see no reaason to upgrade as long as this is still supported... and maybe after that still too for some time. One day I'll make the switch to something else but as long as my hardware supports it I'll continue to run Windows Server 2003 R2.
