Beware of mushy bass, nasally mids, and an absence of clarity.Macworld UK80Urbanears Plattan reviewOverall, the Plattan headphones are great: stylish and good-quality. Suitable for almost any situation (provided you’re not planning to wear them for hours on end), they make your music sound great and come in at a competitive price.T380Urbanears Plattan headphones reviewThe design offers less audio ‘leak’ than other similar on-ear designs, which has the added benefit of shovelling more sound direct into your ears, a job which they do admirably.ChipChick80Urbanears Plattan Headphones ReviewAll-in-all, the Urbanears Plattans are a stylish pair of headphones that sound as good as they look. ... It’s not too difficult to find a pair of Plattans that match your sense of style. Also, they’re totally unisex.Gadget Review90URBANEARS PLATTAN HEADPHONE REVIEWThe Urbanears Plattan fit their price range very accordingly. If you want to take a step up from low-end models in terms of sound quality, construction, and comfort without getting into top-shelf professional DJ-style headphones, the Plattans will serve your needs well.GadgetMac60Urbanears Plattan Headphones ReviewFor $60, the Plattan deliver a good sound, however do not perform well in every music genre.Mobile Tech Review80Urbanears Plattan HeadphonesThe Urbanears Plattan offers great value for your money. And if you want headphones that match your favorite outfit, bag or gadgets, you will likely find the right color. The Gadgeteer80Urbanears Plattan Headphones ReviewUrbanears has made a good sounding, extremely good looking pair of headphones with the Plattan model. If your budget is more flexible, you may want to look elsewhere, but for 60 bucks, you can’t beat the build quality and that bass.

Has iPhone remote control too.Looks good!A little unconfortable after long period of use since they are too tight but it's getting better with time.Engadget Reader80July 13, 2012Feedback submitted!Unable to submit feedback!I love these headphones!!!! I got the Plattan in Moka (brown) and they look just amazing. They're foldable, have a built-in microphone so I can use to talk on my cellphone, are very comfortable and durable.Engadget Reader80January 15, 2012Feedback submitted!Unable to submit feedback! There's a lot to like about this in spite of a few flaws. - EngadgetEngadget Reader90December 26, 2011Feedback submitted!Unable to submit feedback!I love these headphones! They have great sound quality, are very comfortable, and are built quite well. They are packaged in a sleek box which matches the overall fell of the headphones. I would recommend these headphones to anybody who wants a sleek pair of high quality headphones.Engadget Reader80September 7, 2011Feedback submitted!Unable to submit feedback!I find these quite comfortable on my daily commute, so I'm not coming from an audiophile position. i must say I haven't had any comfort issues, though that is always going to be subjective based on the size of ones head! :)The headphones appear to be quite sturdy, but only time will tellEngadget Reader80August 30, 2011Feedback submitted!Unable to submit feedback! There's a lot to like about this in spite of a few flaws. - EngadgetEngadget Reader80July 8, 2011Feedback submitted!Unable to submit feedback! These are good headphones, especially for the price. The audio quality is pretty great, but the comfort is terrible. I usually use headphones for 8+ hrs while I work, but I have to take breaks from these headphones frequently due to the discomfort. I really appreciate the rope cord and metal headphone mounts—it makes these headphones perfectly portable.Engadget Reader90June 12, 2011Feedback submitted!Unable to submit feedback!I'm a sucker for great product design and good packaging. These headphones from Urbanears have both. I decided to forgo the slightly more expensive Marshall headphones (which may be manufactured by the OEM for Urbanears) because the design of these was so nice. Additionally, for cheaper headphones ($60) they sound really nice. Clear treble and decent bass. They also get pretty loud, which makes up for the less than stellar noise isolation.Engadget Reader70May 21, 2011Feedback submitted!Unable to submit feedback!Durable headphones with good sound quality -- the mic works well for phone conversations. Sound quality not as good as more premium headphones but decent enough for the price and better than other headphones + mics that I've used in the past.
