Welcome back to The Queue, the daily Q&A column in which the WoW Insider team answers your questions about the World of Warcraft. Alex Ziebart will be your host today. I dare you to find a better theme song than the one used in the Arthur cartoon. I hereby outlaw the Wishbone theme as a rebuttal, because it would be the correct one. arkainjel001 asked: Do you think there is any chance of implementing a level scaling system for legendary items, similar to heirlooms? I'm not talking about them being best in slot forever, just a decent weapon to use until it can be replaced at max level. Using this expansion as an example, Sulfuras could be used until level 90, where it would have stats similar to a 463 weapon, and then upgraded to better weapons from there. I just don't like the idea of a "legendary" weapon being completely obsolete and collecting dust in the bank.

  • RvR Unchained: Mark Jacobs returns to Camelot

It was no coincidence that Mark Jacobs was open to talking about his Warhammer Online experiences with us recently. If you deduced that it was the prelude to his MMO comeback attempt, you were right. Jacobs' City State Entertainment announced today that it's working on a new MMO under the working title of Camelot Unchained. And yes, it will be RvR-focused with three realms duking it out: Arthurian, Tuatha Dé Danann, and Viking. Camelot Unchained will tie RvR conflict into player housing and a dynamic economy as well. Because this tightly focused concept may prove to be too difficult to draw publisher support, the 13-person studio is turning to a future Kickstarter campaign for support. Obviously, we have no shortages of questions about this project, but we contained ourselves to the 10 most burning queries that we presented to Jacobs. Read about the future of Camelot after the jump!

ClapAlong's MMO venture into Arthurian myths and legends has transitioned out of closed and into open beta. Castlot is now available to try for any and all curious knights, and ClapAlong is not shy with the efforts to woo them to this round table. In addition to featuring several improvements from the closed beta, including a newcomer's guide and ransack function, the open beta will feature daily login bonuses. ClapAlong is also promising to roll over 150% of any in-game currency you purchase to the live edition, even if you spend the currency in the closed beta. Finally, there are prizes to be had to the first player who spots and reports a bug, and to anyone who is willing to do a little Facebook promotion for the game. This browser-based title gives players a choice between joining the "light" side of King Arthur or the "dark" side of Lord Blackmore. There's a variety of gameplay elements at work, including both turn-based and real-time combat depending on your particular venue. You can sign up for the open beta over on the Castlot official site.

  • Capcom summoning Ghouls 'n Ghosts/Ghosts 'n Goblins for iPhone

Capcom has revealed that its resident ghost and goblin slayer (and suspected never-nude) Arthur is coming to the iPhone. During a presentation at TGS (via GameWatch) the company revealed a new Ghosts 'n Goblins -- which uses a touch-based control scheme not all that different from the iPhone port of Resident Evil 4 and overlays 3D models on top of the series' 2D gameplay. GameWatch also reports the title will allow players to choose between two different heroes: Arthur and Lancelot. The game is highly reminiscent of Ultimate Ghosts 'n Goblins, a PSP game that also employed 3D models while retaining the classic 2D gameplay of the originals. There's no word on price or launch date, but we'll be sure to let you know as soon as it's announced.[Via Touch Arcade]

Tecmo's Swing Golf Pangya! 2nd Shot isn't the only game in town when it comes to playing cartoony golf with an avatar dressed as a video game character-- as long as that town is in Japan, and also one week in the future. For their Camelot-developed golf game We Love Golf, Capcom has made some classic Capcom attire available to the player. No, not Mega Man (as far as we know.)Players will be able to hit the links (that's a golf term, right? "Hit the links"?) as Resident Evil 3's Jill Valentine, Ghouls 'n Ghosts's Arthur (in armor), Chun-Li, and the red-suited protagonist of the DS's Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney. Now there's absolutely no reason to play as yourself! Want to see conclusive evidence of these characters? Check the court records after the break.

'This program made possible by iTunes users like you.'PBS is classing up the iTunes Store with a selection [iTS link] of children's and primetime programming. Available for purchase are episodes of Arthur, Cyberchase, FETCH! With Ruff Ruffman, Antiques Roadshow, Nova, Now, and Scientific American Frontiers (which is my favorite of the lot, however, Alan Alda is no Woodie Flowers). The standard iTunes Store pricing of $1.99 per episodes applies to all the PBS programming.[via iLounge]Update: As Russ points out, Nova episodes cost $7.99. I didn't notice that earlier. That seems a little high to me, but Nova is a fine show.

  • Use magic in Ultimate Ghosts n' Goblins

If you haven't noticed already, Andrew has a big man crush on Arthur and Ultimate Ghost n' Goblins, writing about the game probably more than at a baker's dozen. But, never wanting to miss out on a good thing, I reckon it's about darn time I throw my hat in the ring. Now that Ghost n' Goblins is releasing a week early, I'm sure many of you out there just can't wait to get your grubby little mitts on the game. To help satiate your burning desire, I bring you another gameplay clip. This time, though, it focuses on the game's magic aspects. It looks like Arthur now has the ability to engulf himself in fire, throw fireballs and turn enemies to stone. I guess he wears those flame retardant boxers they have out now.

  • Living the life of Ghouls and Goblins' Arthur

This somewhat lengthy video chronicles the daily going-ons of Ultimate Ghouls and Goblins' Arthur. It's been 15 years since his first game, he recollects. He walks around, trading in the jewels he's collected from his adventures for cold, hard cash. Living the life of a traditional Japanese man (wearing only boxers) just doesn't cut it for him though. Thankfully, it appears that the princess is kidnapped, and he must once again fight the forces of evil. You can check out the video here, and then visit the official Japanese website here. The game releases September 5th in America and is available on amazon.com.[Via Gamespot Forums]
