If you plan on dressing up as Dante for Halloween, this is the jacket to get. Capcom has announced a new Devil May Cry 5 "Ultra Limited Edition" bundle via its E-Capcom website. Nintendo is making an artwork-clad ‘Diablo III’ Switch

In a hellion cross-promotion, Activision Blizzard and Nintendo have partnered up to release a special edition Switch console for Diablo III exclusively at GameStop. The bundle will include the 2012 game, plus its two expansions, Rise of the Necromancer and Reaper of Souls. Included in the set will be a black and gray Switch console -- and dock -- featuring Diablo III artwork, a carrying case, as well as the standard trove of of items and accessories, like Joy-Cons, a grip and an HDMI cable. But it wouldn't be a third-party Nintendo cross-promotion if it didn't include some iconic, (and somewhat out-of-place) character cameos. These include items from The Legend of Zelda, such as Ganondorf's Transmog Armor, a companion Cucco pet, and a Golden Triforce Portrait Frame. Of course, these in-game items will only found in the Switch version of the game. Regardless of the non-canon items, the game itself is a faithful port, and will likely be a fun romp on a flight. Hopefully it will be enough to hold you over until the next Diablo thing comes out. The Diablo III: Eternal Collection Switch bundle will be available at GameStop on November 2nd.

Amazon's previously-announced combo offer to anyone in the market for an Xbox One is now available. Buy a brand new system, either the entry level S or 4K-capable X model, and get both NBA 2K19 and an Echo Dot for free. Both the game and the Dot retail for $60 and $50 respectively, giving you a $110 savings. As with many promotions this deal will only be available while supplies last. This deal comes after Microsoft announced new Xbox integrations with Alexa and Cortana. The features allow users to use Alexa to turn the console on and off, adjust volume, launch games and apps, start and stop Mixer broadcasts and capture screenshots all through voice. This isn't the only Xbox deal right now, however: GameStop is offering a generous trade-in deal for an Xbox One X State of Decay 2 bundle. Trading in the original Xbox One will net you $200 in trade-in credit, while the Xbox One S, PS4, and Switch will net you $250. The highest value comes from trading in a PS4 Pro, giving $300 in credit.

The box refers to a "timed exclusive for 30 days" and mentions online content. We knew PlayStation users were getting some unique content, but this confirms they'll get it ahead of everyone else, too.

Unless you live in Japan (or won a Labo contest), you haven't had access to a special-edition Switch that's been customized top to bottom. Nintendo is about to change that: it's releasing two Pikachu & Eevee Edition Switch bundles that cover the entire console in Pokémon-themed artwork to go with the Let's Go games (one of which is pre-installed with each bundle). On top of Pikachu- and Eevee-colored Joy-Cons, you'll find the two critters in silhouette form on the back of the system and featured prominently on the dock. Combine this with an included Poké Ball controller and it's safe to say this is the Switch to get if Pokémon represents more of a lifestyle to you than a mere game.

Apple seeks major newspaper allies for its subscription bundle

While rumors indicate Apple has bigger plans for its subscription bundle than just news, it has to start somewhere. In order to get that rolling, Recode reports it has opened discussions with the New York Times, Wall Street Journal and Washington Post about signing on with its recently-purchased "Netflix of magazines" app, Texture. All three have business models offering subscriptions to their news as premium pay content so it's obvious why Apple would want to include them, but less clear about whether they're inclined to join. According to Recode, Texture pays out to publishers based on how much its customers use a particular title, while the subscriptions each paper has bring money in regardless of whether a customer reads any or all of their content. Apple may have relationships with publishers via their apps and selling subscriptions in its Apple News outlet, but figuring out a way to get content aligned with a new business model could be the first hurdle to becoming an even bigger player in all forms of media.

Nintendo Japan's new Switch bundle drops the dock

Once Nintendo's online service for the Switch launches this fall its cloud saves will make it easier to swap between systems, and now there's even more reason to nab a second one -- at least in Japan. The company just announced a "Switch Second Unit Set" there that ships without the TV/charging dock, Joy-con grip, power cord and HDMI cable usually included. As a result, it's 5,000 yen cheaper (about $45) than the standard set. A good USB-C Power Delivery charger will just about wipe out the savings, so it's really only an option if you're actually looking to add a second Switch. Also, Nintendo Japan announced neon green and neon pink as custom Joy-con color options, giving owners up to 1,372 possible combinations. There's no word on whether or not the Second Unit bundle will go on sale outside of Japan, but if Nintendo wants everyone in the house to have a Switch of their own, it could make sense.

Thanks to the stupidity that is Bitcoin mining, graphics cards for gaming have become wildly over-expensive. AMD has come to the rescue with the Combat Crate Bundle, giving you the main components you need to build a decent PC. For $550 (at Amazon, Newegg and elsewhere), you get a Ryzen 5 1600 with cooler, MSI B350 Tomahawk motherboard and MSI Radeon RX 580 Armor OC graphics card. That's a bit cheaper than the sum of the parts at retail, especially considering the ridiculously over-inflated price of the card alone in the last few months.

Comcast is bundling Netflix into cable packages

It may sound strange at first, but the latest option in Comcast's Xfinity cable bundle is... Netflix. Despite their differences, the two have forged a partnership lately, with the Netflix app included on Comcast's X1 platform since 2016 (with access by voice, universal search and recommendations) and already available as an add-on through customer's cable bills. Comcast wasn't specific about the "new and innovative" offers it will roll out, saying they will vary by market and are available to both new and existing customers. No matter how customers pay for or access Netflix streaming, though, it still counts as part of their 1TB data cap.

Hulu and Spotify are teaming up again to offer a discount to those who bundle both of their services. For now, the offer is limited to those with an existing Spotify Premium subscription, which usually costs $10 itself. Now, subscribers can add on Hulu's Limited Commercials subscription, which typically costs $8 on its own, and pay a total of just $13. Sometime this summer, this deal will be extended to everyone.

One of the bigger complaints about the HTC Vive Pro from our review was that the $799 headset felt like an upgrade path for existing Vive owners -- not an entry point for new users. HTC and Valve must've heard those complaints and the pair will start packing its existing $300 accessory pack in with the Vive Pro. The Vive Pro Starter Kit will set you back $1,099, and it comes with the Vive Pro headset, two Vive 1.0 controllers and a pair of Vive 1.0 base stations. More than that, if you already have your Pro, HTC is giving away $100 store credits for the Viveport marketplace. The bundle will go on sale April 5th.

The Verge later confirmed that Apple would, indeed, stop taking new iTunes LP submissions as of this month.

Nintendo has announced that it's releasing a special Splatoon 2 version of the console replete with neon green and pink Joy-Cons, a carrying case and a download code for the seafood-starring shooter. If there's a downside, it's that the bundle will only be available from Walmart. Assuming that doesn't deter you, it'll cost $379.99 starting September 8th. So, for an extra $80, you'll get a much-needed carrying case and a solid game -- it's a veritable circus of value.

If you're using Comcast's Xfinity internet service anywhere in the US, you can now get on the company's Xfinity Mobile service, too. Just over four months after it was first revealed, Comcast has completed the rollout of the service (powered by Verizon's network) "across all of its sales channels," it says. Comcast has since simplified the plans, and now simply offers either a $45 per month "unlimited" offering, or $12/GB if you'd rather go à la carte.

PlayStation is repeating history. Once again it's dropping a white Destiny bundle, except this time it's for this September's Destiny 2 and the hardware is a PlayStation 4 Pro. The limited edition 1TB console will set you back $449.99 in the US and it will be released on September 6th. In addition to the game and PS4 Pro, the bundle includes early access (like all PS4 editions) to bonus bits, as well as an expansion pass. If your white 2TB Xbox One S needs some company in your A/V rack -- and gold isn't your color -- maybe this will do the trick for you.
