Nintendo has been pretty quiet about that anniversary collection of Kirby games for the Wii ever since it was announced way back in April, but now the full list of games included in the collection, as well as the collection's Japanese title, have been released by Famitsu and translated into English by Andriasang.Kirby: 20th Anniversary Special Collection will include Kirby's Dream Land, Kirby's Dream Land 2, Kirby's Adventure, Kirby Super Star, Kirby's Dream Land 3 and Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. The collection also includes a timeline and soundtrack, and will launch in Japan on July 19, according to Andriasang. Alas, no North American release information has surfaced as of yet.

If you'd rather use your Club Nintendo coins to get actual video games than exclusive swag, you have some new choices, as Nintendo has cycled in some different 3DS eShop, WiiWare, and Wii Virtual Console games for redemption. For 100 coins, you can get Dr. Mario Online Rx (WiiWare) or the Virtual Console version of Kirby's Dream Land (3DS). For 150 Coins each, you can get The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask (Wii VC) or Dr. Mario Express (3DS). Note that Dr. Mario Express is actually a DSiWare game, but this offer can only be redeemed for a 3DS download code. If you're interested in turning your coins (which you got from buying games) into one of these games, you have until January 31. Nintendo will cycle in more games after that point. [Thanks, Alan]

One game each on two Virtual Consoles feels like a windfall, especially when both games are worth the time it takes to play them. The Wii's Virtual Console brings us Final Fantasy III, the SNES role-playing game that introduced us to Terra, Shadow, Kefka, and other beloved characters, while the 3DS Virtual Console brings Kirby's Dream Land, which introduced us to ... Kirby. Head past the break to see all of this week's releases, including a WiiWare game published by peripheral company PDP. Weird.

There's good news for fans of Nintendo's fluffy, pink wonder: Kirby's original adventure, Kirby's Dream Land, is headed to the European 3DS eShop. The game will be available for 400 points (€4). North American Kirby lovers have reason to be excited too, as the ESRB has dropped a 3DS rating for the game. Hopefully, the adorable little guy will land on the North American eShop this week as well.
