Latte Communications intros Latte Slim 11b
Little-known Latte Communications is aiming big with its latest handset offering, taking on Motorola's SLVR L7 with its flatteringly similar Latte Slim 11b phone. Available in your choice of 850 / 1800 / 1900 or 900 / 1800 / 1900Mhz tri-band variations, this one actually bests the L7 with a 1.3 megapixel camera (as opposed to VGA on the Moto) along with 1.9-inch display, 64MB of embedded NAND memory, and the usual line-up of built-in games, software, and MP3 player capabilities. At 4.2 x 1.7 x 0.44 inches, it's also slightly smaller than its more well-known competitor, though we'll leave it to you to judge whether it lives up to Latte's claims of being more stylish than the L7.
