The transhumanism revolution sounds like electric raindrops falling across the desolate graveyard of our flesh-and-bone forefathers, backlit by the rumble of two giant clockwork cogs rotating slowly against one another. Or it's an elongated mix of Daft Punk's Tron and Tyler Bates' 300 soundtracks -- you can decide for yourself what the sound of cyberkinetics truly is when the Deus Ex: Human Revolution original soundtrack drops on Nov. 15 in physical and digital forms. Composer Michael McCann wrote almost 200 pieces for Human Revolution, which have been arranged into a 25-song tracklist representing the "arc of the game's story," McCann said. See below for the official list, listen to a taste of the game's music style above, and prepare your fleshy human eardrums for some serious cyborg tunage in November.

While you probably know about Alan Wake by now (we liked it a lot), and you probably know about the game's unconventional soundtrack, full of licensed tracks from Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds to David Bowie, you may be less familiar with the game's original score by Finnish composer Petri Alanko. In short, it's not what you'd expect from a "psychological action thriller." Instead, you'll find something far more "romantic," Alanko says; a wistful arrangement with piano and strings that's a little more light than dark. If you enjoyed Mr. Alanko's work and – especially if you didn't get the Collector's Edition whose soundtrack disc contained five tracks from the score – you'll be pleased to learn that Sumthing Else Music is releasing the full original score on July 20, featuring 18 tracks of orchestral music. You can pre-order the CD on Amazon now or, if you prefer the digital route, wait until the 20th and hit up Sumthing.com or iTunes.

With a great mechanical appendage, Capcom has reached out and penned a deal with game soundtrack engine Sumthing Else Music Works to bring music from Bionic Commando, as well as other titles, to CDs, Sumthing's own digital distribution channel, Sumthing Digital, and iTunes. In addition to the king of swing, the agreement will find six other titles from Capcom's catalog getting the soundtrack treatment, including recent releases like Street Fighter IV, Resident Evil 5 and Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop, as well as upcoming games such as Dark Void, Spyborgs and Monster Hunter Freedom Unite. No release dates for any of the soundtracks have been released. However, given that we're unable to get the catchy tunes heard while swinging through Bionic Commando's recent demo out of our heads, that's one we'll certainly be keeping an ear out for soon.
