Acer's newest two Ultrabooks fall into that second category: the company just announced touch-enabled versions of its <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2012/04/04/acer-aspire-timeline-ultra-m3-review/">Aspire M3 Ultrabook</a> and Aspire V5 thin-and-light.
