What do you do when you've finished a World of Warcraft-centered show and you have time on your hands? If you're the guys from Legendary over on GameBreaker.TV, you gather up an obscene number of friends and viewers and have the mother of all roving dance parties on the way to the ultimate goal. Not content to rest on their laurels of dragging 300 young Orcs into battle with Gamon, this time they managed to gather up a thousand starting Gnomes to rampage across the landscape of Azeroth, ultimately ending in a confrontation by any means necessary with Garrosh Hellscream. Of course, huge races across World of Warcraft aren't a new idea. Anyone who has played the game for years has undoubtedly heard of one at some point -- if not taken part. With that said, herding 1,000 footbal...err...Gnomes is definitely a hectic, crazy thing to do, especially when mobs are intent on taking bites out of your racers. Add in some excellent video editing, music, and the odd snippet of commentary, and what's old is new again. You can check out the video of the Legendary crew's epic after-party behind the break as they attempt to prove that there's no race like Gnome.

Halloween is a special time of year -- a time of blood, gore, and amazing effects. It is, to many geeks, what Christmas is to your Grandmother. Instead of thick sweaters embroidered with stockings stuffed with kittens, however, we prefer belt clips loaded down with ammo. What better place to celebrate than in a favorite MMOFPS: Global Agenda. It warmed our hearts to coordinate with the developers from Hi-Rez Studios last night, and it thrilled us to hand out Halloween swag in exchange for trivia answers. Granted, some allowances had to be made (skipping questions when they were obviously not going to be answered), but overall the event ran smoothly. In fact, here are some good rules to follow when hosting your next Hi-Rez Global Agenda Trivia Contest (what? It could happen.). And raid -- let's not forget the Raid of DOOM!

It's always exciting to hear when dev companies find a way to casually mingle with their communities at gaming expos, more than just sitting behind a booth or at a panel talking and answering questions. Since August is somehow designated as the month for gaming conventions, we are overwhelmed by the after-party announcements popping up for next month's expos.Turbine joins the fray with a recent announcement about their GenCon after-party. It will be held at Jillians in Indianapolis, IN from 8-10PM on Friday, August 15th. You will have the opportunity to meet Eldorudo, Tolero, Patience, Kate Paiz and more from the Turbine team. There will also be food, games, fun and swag for all in attendance. They'd like anyone planning on attending to RSVP for a proper headcount.
