BurnAgain DVD by freeridecoding is the killer media-burning software that we just love (we last looked at BurnAgain in July). It allows for multi-session burning, and is even smart enough to update changes to previously burned files. For example, if your second burn contains some files from the first, BurnAgain will add only the new or changed files. Pretty sweet. It produces cross-platform results and doesn't create multiple volumes. Changes in version 1.1 include: German localization UI changes Bug fixes and enhancements This is a free upgrade to all registered users. BurnAgain DVD is universal, requires Mac OS 10.3 for CD burning (10.4 for DVD+RW burns), and a single license will cost you $24.50US (student licenses are available).

BurnAgain is quite possibly the smartest CDR/CDRW burning utility I've seen for Mac OS X. While it unfortunately lacks support for burning DVDs, just look at this rocking list of features: burn multiple sessions represented by only one volume 'smart' burning - checks for changes when burning same file more than once title of CDR can be changed with each burn option to hide files from previous CDR sessions to make it look like one clean, new burn can resolve aliases can erase CDRWs supports Mac OS X Tiger's Burnable Folders preserves Mac-specific file attributes while still using platform-independent, multiple-OS-friendly ISO format Since I know your CD drives are already revving, why not go and grab yourself a demo already? A license costs $25, with Family, Student and EDU site license options available.[via Daring Fireball]
