Australia, Europe receiving pink 3DS; European Mario 3DS bundle also announced
A pink 3DS model will be available in Australia and Europe on November 17 and 18, respectively. Dubbed "Lavender Pink" in Oz, the new shade will be arrive in Europe as "Coral Pink" in a Nintendogs + Cats bundle. Europe will receive another 3DS bundle, with the Ice White handheld including Super Mario 3D Land. It will be available on the same day as the pink bundle on November 18. Neither the Ice White nor Coral/Lavender Pink 3DS models have been announced for North America. [Thanks, Luke.]
DS Daily: Any DS shortage in your area?
While the Wii shortage seems to be pretty universally problematical, the situation varies when it comes to the DS. Around here, you can find lots of pink DS Lites, but anything else is a little more difficult lately. Some readers report that they can't find a DS at all, anywhere. Apparently demand varies by region, and stores still haven't rebounded from the holiday rush. Now that February is nearly over, you'd think the stock would increase.How about you? Anyone in your life hurting for a DS that's nowhere to be found?

Nintendo launches Onyx and Coral Pink DS Lites
Looks like the Polar White DS Lite just got some colorful pals to join up in the hilarious mad-cap adventures of attacking kids' allowances with a fierce vengeance; now slated are Lites in Onyx and Coral Pink shades (or dark gray and pink to rest of us), though Nintendo didn't say when these new systems would be out (assume nowish or soonish September 13th) and for how much (assume $130ish).
