Insider Trader: Faction recipes for jewelcrafters, part one

For the past few weeks, Insider Trader has been delving into the recipes that each trade can acquire from factions by earning reputation. So far, we've covered: Plans for blacksmiths. This week, we'll be looking into faction-supplied designs for jewelcrafters, and because of the sheer number of them, this will continue into next week as well.
