Before there was a 3DS and DS -- heck, before there was a Game Boy, there was Game & Watch, Nintendo's portable, sometimes dual-screened gaming line from the '80s. But while the gaming giant has long since moved on, nostalgia for their platform-based frustration lives on in the form of this large piece of interactive wall art, a case that uses an Arduino and Python script to bring folks with a little spare time the sort of retro gaming that will make them long from the graphical power of the original NES. Check out more images of the device in the Source link below.

If you're currently sitting on $4,000 worth of spare change, we have a purchase to recommend to you. A UK-based collector has just placed his the entire collection of 59 Game & Watch handhelds on eBay, along with the rare so-called "60th" model.$4,000 is a big outlay, and not all of these are boxed, but complete collections of anything don't come along every day -- especially complete collections of something as desirable as Game & Watch handhelds.[Via GameSniped]

We knew just about how many people in Japan were going wild for this thing, but now you can count us among those who want one. Although we would have no use for it outside of one feature. The DS TV Tuner, it turns out, also includes some classic gaming action, bundling in the retro Nintendo title Game & Watch Fire. We've placed a video of a version of Game & Watch Fire in action past the break, so be sure to give it a gander.

Anyone who has gone near the Hankyu Department Store in Osaka, Japan recently might have noticed something strange. See, the store held a six-day "Nintendo Museum" as part of its celebration of being in business for 100 years. Of course, people showed up by the boatload to the museum event, both young and old, causing us to be filled with great anger towards our HQ right now (why can't it be in Japan?!). Then again, it's probably best that we didn't attend, because we're not sure how much jail time one would serve for trying to run out of the store with arms full of Game & Watch handhelds, but we're sure it's definitely enough time in the slammer.See also: Game and Watch DS mod Game & Watch collection previewed
