Free smartphone games have become seemingly popular and addictive amongst the players across the globe. The professionals, home makers and kids prefer playing their favorite games on their smartphone to boost their entertainment quotient on the move. The players can leverage from the various categories of free games and select amongst the listed options. The users can proceed to download the game or directly play it on the games server too. The best gaming apps often update their database with popular games at all times for keeping the interest of the audiences going along. Some of the vendors in the space also offer unlimited number of games download for smartphones. I love to play Car games whenever I'm traveling or want to pass my free time. My most favorite car games are listed below: ASPHALT 8: It is the best android car racing game, I've ever played. It has great visual effects and car designs to endow with incredible racing and driving experience which don't even realize me about how many hours I spent in car racing and put out of my mind about the important calls from my friends. More than 10 million times this game has downloaded on Google Play Store. It has more than 50 car models but my favorite one is Lamborghini Veneno and Ferrari FXX. I never get bored as it has numerous new locations like deserts, hilly areas and many more fantastic sites. I love to perform Aerial Stunts to gain more points to unlock new car models and tracks. I invite my friends online to compete with me. A person only needs an internet connection with 8GB internal storage and 1GB RAM. Real Racing 3: It is also one of my favorite car racing game. It is created by The Electronics Art team who produced most implausible racing games the Need for Speed Series. It requires 3-4 GB Data source and 1.5 GB RAM to enjoy this game. At beginning, game looks very easy but as you move forward it becomes very difficult but interesting. It gives me a feel of real car by its rear view mirror feature. It has more than 2000 events to make your experience more pragmatic and exciting. The worst part of this game to wait for cars for their tyre changing and repairing. Red Line Rush: It is an arcade racing game, One needs to run as long as possible on a traffic ,cops will chase you and helicopters drops mines, It's my favorite part of game to shun those hindrance and hitting other cars to stay alive. I try to earn more and more coins to unlock new cars to make my game more exciting. GT Racing 2: It has more than 70 car brands like Audi, Nissan, Ferrari and many more. It also provides 13 different tracks to make my game more thrilling and surprising. I don't need to wait for car repairing like Real Racing 3 and can continue my game with my desired car. The best part of this game is that I can change camera angle view to make my race more exciting.

If you happen to be in Poland on September 26th, make sure to grab tickets for the GameOn multimedia show, the first part of which will feature selections from the scores of popular video games, including MMOs like WildStar. Composer Jeff Kurtenacker blogged that he is "absolutely honored to announce that the GameOn concert in Krakow, Poland, will be premiering a new arrangement of Our Perception of Beauty (Drusera's Theme), which [he] composed for the MMO WildStar by Carbine Studios." According to Kurtenacker, this concert will mark "first time WildStar music will be played in a concert setting"; he also notes that flutist Sara Andon, spotlighted throughout the WildStar score, will again perform at the concert. Music from World of Warcraft, League of Legends, and other games will also be featured. Kurtenacker spoke to Massively's resident Jukebox Hero last year about his work on WildStar. He has since released several exclusive and free music tracks for players.

Record of Lodoss War, the long-running D&D-inspired franchise, will now get its own MMO, 2P.com reports. Record of Lodoss War Online is a Japanese MMO based on the anime, manga, and computer game series that spans back to the mid-'80s. The main storyline is based on the novel Record of Lodoss War: Grey Witch. The MMO was shown to have at least three classes so far: Esquire, Oracle, and Magic User. Combat will incorporate a reaction system that allows users to set skills in advance that will be triggered by different thresholds. Players will be able to build relationships with NPCs through questing, although the nature and depth of these relationships remains to be seen. Developer GameOn said that the MMO will go into alpha testing this summer. You can check out a trailer for Record of Lodoss War Online after the break. [Thanks to Naomi for the tip!]

One of the more spectacular MMO trailers we've seen in a while comes to us courtesy of a company called Pearl Abyss. The MMO in question is Black Desert, the firm's maiden offering that is apparently getting ready for public testing in either Korea or Japan. We say apparently because official details are sketchy. Fan site Steparu.com says that publisher GameOn recently signed a contract with Pearl Abyss, but no dates or territories have been announced. In terms of the trailer itself, there are plenty of gorgeous environmental fly-throughs, mounted combat, and several stunning character model examples. See for yourself after the break.

The GameOn! London event, which was set for next weekend, has been moved to November. The public event will now be held at Earls Court on November 14-15, right in time for some holiday showing offage. Those who bought tickets for the June show can now receive a full refund or receive up to four complimentary tickets instead. Where's Monty Hall?Show organizor HMV tells MCV that the event was moved so it could become "bigger and better." Scheduling the show within the impact radius of E3 likely didn't help the expo garner any attention.

It's a real shame that E3 is an industry-only event, keeping all the hot, new games out of the hands of the general public. The only way you, the gaming masses, will get an early romp with these highly-anticipated titles is if you hop on a plane to England and grab tickets to London's GameOn! event. On June 20 and 21 at the London Olympia, British gamers will get to go hands-on with upcoming titles from the following companies: Sony, Nintendo, Capcom and possibly more. Specifically, Capcom (via Edge-Online) has a detailed list of what it's showing, and it certainly is a line-up strong enough to make its E3 showcase blush. Check out the list after the break. Is there anything you want to play?

  • Go to the museum and learn about the next-gen consoles!

Plagued by fieldtrips and annoying schoolchildren, museums generally aren't well-liked by many people for various reasons. Not sure why. Not to mention whenever the things are mentioned on that strange television box, it's generally in the "aww, the museum, crap..." way. Allow us to pique your interest in the Game On exhibit -- an area in the Science Museum (which is found in London) where you can play many of the next-gen titles. Over 120 titles are playable as of right now, many of which are 360 titles. November 29th will hail the arrival of the PS3 and Wii to their exhibit. The Game On exhibit runs until the end of February and explores the history and culture of video games. Personally, this nearly brings a tear to my eye since many people believe that video games are just a "waste of time" or a "petty diversion". It's a part of social culture now and has been a major role in my life since I grabbed my sister's NES when I was three. Just as music can be pop-culture and fade away, so too may gaming, but really it seems to be sticking around and as long as it's here, I'll continue to play and enjoy more than just the "cool he blew up all real and stuff hey look a butterfly where am I?" side. That is to say, I play as a part of culture, not a way to focus my attention for five minutes at a time. Everyone, now is your time to voice your approval of gaming -- give the culture props!

Sure, Europe has to wait for a lot of things, but one thing they did get first was the Game On exhibition. Game On is a touring video game exhibition started by London's Barbican Art Gallery in 2002. Since then, it's been all over Europe, Israel, Chicago (twice), San Jose, most recently Seattle, and is now returning home to the UK where it will run at London's Science Museum from October 21st to February 25th, err, rather 21 October to 25 February.Your £8.50 adult admission nets you access to a lineup of consoles, dating back to the PDP-1 (the Space War machine), drawings by Shigeru Miyamoto, and hundreds of games. Anyone hit up this show previously and care to offer a recommendation to your fellow gamers? • Cross-Server BGs are a Hit

Considering all the trouble with the hardware the past few days, you may not have even seen them yet, but if you have, chances are you love the new cross-server BGs. I know a few commenters here said they didn't work out so well, but it seems like a good majority of forum posters can't get enough of them.Reports from the front are saying queues are almost instant, and up to 40-50 games are going on at any one time. A guidie of mine said he hadn't been able to get so much rep and HK in so little time ever. MBAzeroth loves them (and says it's wonderful that Alliance are lining up to get killed-- although they're working on getting better), and Kissedbyluck over on the WoW Ladies lj group says she actually lost her boyfriend to the BGs (since they used to quest together while he was waiting for an AV game). It'll be interesting, then, to see how this plays out with the new PVP system-- with rep and rewards so easy to get, will we see Blue hike up the requirements? Or was this how they originally intended the system to run? And for all the twinking going on, will we see more of it now since it's so easy to enter the BGs, or will it start to disappear as people get burned out quickly after playing the BGs for a few days straight? It's game on in the BGs-- see you there.

  • Game On exhibit back on at Chicago museum

Chicago's Museum of Science and Industry is extending the "Game On: the History, Culture, and Future of Video Games" exhibit from February 3rd until April 30th. Containing over 100 games, including classic arcade titles and vintage game consoles, to current Xbox hits, the newly dubbed Game On 2.0 adds even more games to the show (but why play Star Wars Battlefront II in a museum when there's a class Donkey Kong cabinet?). To entice you further, they're also raffling off a PSP every day through February 28. Chicago has their gaming culture down: when Game On closes—for the second time—it's only another month before the debut of PLAY!, the much-anticipated gaming concert. What's the trick Chicago?[Via Siliconera]
