As the next puzzler from Q? Entertainment, many looked to Gunpey DS to repeat the success of Lumines and Meteos. Once again, Q? Entertainment combine music with an incredible visual style to create a unique gaming experience. That experience, however, doesn't seem to be all that well-received by critics, as most of the reviews in now are pretty low. Any readers pick this game up and wish to comment? 1UP - 85%: "If you're looking for a more full-featured game, with greater variety -- and don't mind the cartoony milieu of Gunpey DS -- then you will find this version not only a superior value, but a superior game." Games Radar - 70%: "Disappointment about the lack of groundbreaking invention aside, Gunpey is a fun and intellectually interesting workout for your brain. If you're sick of falling blocks, or just need some new challenge to wrap the grey matter around, give it a go."
