What if Happy Gilmore took place in River City? The CineFix folks might have an answer for that; their latest 8-bit Cinema video shows what the 1996 comedy starring Adam Sandler would look like as an 8-bit game, using sprites that look they've time-traveled straight out of 1989. All the classic scenes are here, including Happy's fight with Bob Barker, Happy's fight with a robot clown, Happy's fight with an alligator ... hey, we're beginning to think this movie wasn't very true to the game of golf at all!
