Once protectors of nature and life, the members of House Aelfwar changed drastically after the Mathosian civil war and the death of Shyla Starhearth. What was once devotion to nature had become fanatical zealotry. House Aelfwar rejected the gods and goddesses of Elven society and took a new deity: the terrifying dragon Greenscale. With its newfound power, House Aelfwar now works to destroy civilization and bring it to nature's reclamation.
