Those that spend at least $7.25 as of this writing will receive Ibb and Obb as well as Proteus, the former as a "Best Friends Forever Double Pack" that includes a second Steam key to give to a friend. By dishing out at least $8, players will also get Dinosaur Polo Club's Early Access game Mini Metro and Incandescent Workshop's Artemis Spaceship Bridge Simulator. A new Humble Weekly Bundle has emerged, this time with its sights set on celebrating leading ladies in video games. The pay-what-you-want bundle features four games starring female protagonists: the Anti-Big Science puzzler Ms. Splosion Man, the 2.5D adventure Lilly Looking Through, the tower defense/RPG hybrid Defender's Quest: Valley of the Forgotten and the dark, psychological horror game The Cat Lady. By purchasing the bundle for $6 USD (or more), players will also net copies of The Yawhg, a choose-your-own adventure game for one-to-four players and Long Live the Queen, a game about becoming (and surviving) being made the ruler of a land. A $10 (or more) purchase adds a seventh game to the mix: the action-RPG Valdis Story: Abyssal City. Each purchase includes a DRM-free version of the game and a Steam code to add any game included onto your ever-growing pile of Steam games. You really should start playing some of those! Proceeds from each sale is adjustable to the Humble Bundle organization, game developers or to benefit Girls Make Games, a series of "international summer camps, workshops and game jams designed to encourage girls to explore the world of video games." • Humble Bundle finally has the Android app it deserves

    08.14.2014

As great as Humble Bundle is at bringing content to your devices on the cheap, it's worth pointing out that its Android app has been a bit lackluster -- at least until today. Even though the application wasn't completely terrible per se, there's no doubt its looks and functionality could benefit from a makeover. The good news is there's a new Humble Bundle app on Google Play, featuring a redesigned, cleaner user interface and some novel tools for fans of the service to use. In addition to the fresh, more intuitive design, the app now lets you sideload APKs with more ease and, for the first time, download e-books and music directly to it. It's also easier to keep track of your purchases, including old and new, which is definitely a good thing if you often get in on the Humble deals. Let us know in the comments below if you're liking the new app so far.
