Hey, so our main dude Joshua Topolsky just demoed the iPad on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, where the audience was wowed by iBooks, Jimmy drove a Mini Cooper into the wall, and the Engadget staff celebrated the return of JT's beard. US-only NBC embeds after the break -- and we'll have a rip viewable internationally in just a few, hold tight.
