My niece is only (almost) 5, but she loves her iPod. Imagine how left out she feels that with the hundreds of different iPod cases out there not a single one was designed just for her. Good thing iFrogz announced their Tadpole case for the video iPod. It's made especially for children (Ages 1+) and will be available in December for $25, with a variety of colors to choose from. Unfortunately I don't see these on the iFrogz website yet. What distinguishes a grown-up iPod case from a kids-only iPod case? Handles. Big honking silicone handles, apparently. The case is targeted at parents who want to "entertain their kids with videos on the iPod but don't want to run the risk of their kids damaging the delicate devices," which means it was designed more with the parents in mind than the kids, but iFrogz has filled a need, nonetheless. Whaddaya think... stocking stuffer for the niece? Only if it comes in pink! [via Playlist]
