Here's LG gettin' all up in the face of Samsung again with its own line-up of 19-inch LCDs for the fashionably elite. The LX96D "Black Chocolate Jewelry" display trounces Sammy's offering by delivering a 1280x1024 resolution panel with a 2000:1 contrast ratio, 300cd/m2 brightness, and lickity-quick 2-millisecond response for the same price as the Samsung. Also available in a 17-inch LX76D model with the same specs. Nothing like a bit of K-town rivalry to keep the game interesting, eh?
