PSN Store Update: Digital Pros and CoDs
We're knee-deep in silly season, so it was already a stuffed-enough PlayStation Store update. Factor in that we've just had the first Tuesday of November and therefore the PlayStation Plus slew of games, well, we've got a fair bit to get through here. First off, there are the retail releases that get their downloadable accompaniments. That's MotoGP 14 (PS4 $60, PS3 $40 and Vita $30), The Wolf Among Us ($25 on PS4 and Vita), the standalone Toy Box download for Disney Infinity 2.0 ($20 on PS4 and PS3 for a limited time, regular price $30), Rocksmith 2014 ($60 on PS4), and finally the small matter of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare ($60 on PS4 and PS3.) If you've got $100 to burn, you qualify to be a Digital Pro thanks to CoD: Advanced Warfare - Digital Pro Edition. Earning this prestigious title comes with the added benefits of the season pass, a bonus multiplayer map and other in-game goodies.
MotoGP 14 launches in Europe on June 20, U.S. release planned
Long-running motorcycle racing sim series MotoGP will make its PlayStation 4 debut this month in Europe, developer Milestone announced this week. Announced back in March, MotoGP 14 will be the first series entry to hit the PlayStation 4 alongside ports for the Xbox 360, PS3, PS Vita and PC platforms. MotoGP 14 will feature more than 100 real-world riders and 18 playable racetracks across included Career, Time Attack, and online multiplayer modes. MotoGP 14 will launch in Europe on June 20. MotoGP 14 announced, first in series to burn rubber on next-gen console
The MotoGP series' tank hasn't hit empty yet - in fact, it's boosting onto the PlayStation 4 in June with MotoGP 14. It will be the first MotoGP game on the new generation of consoles. The game will also appear on the Xbox 360, PS3, PS Vita and PC. According to a press release, the upcoming game will feature a redesigned engine that will affect graphics and audio, more than 100 riders and 18 tracks. The MotoGP 14 official site claims the game will also have Career, Grand Prix, Time Attack and online multiplayer modes. In Career mode, riders will have virtual fans that update their opinion on your performance in news and social media feeds. It seems that even in the world of digital motorcycle racing, you cannot escape the judgment of your fellow man. [Image: Milestone]
