Nintendo owes Smash Bros. Ultimate Fighters Pass buyers just one more character after releasing Fatal Fury's Terry Bogard in November. But that doesn't mean the lineup will stop growing once all five characters are available. The gaming giant has announced during its latest Nintendo Direct event that it will continue developing more fighters beyond the five included in the $25 DLC pack it started offering last year.

The Fire Emblem and Shin Megami Tensei series are pretty popular with JRPG fans, but crossover title Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE? Not so much, mostly due to being stuck on a system a lot of people never owned, the Wii U. That's about to change thanks to an upcoming port on the Switch next year.

As part of its latest Direct presentation, Nintendo has revealed that Doom 64 is coming to the Switch on November 22nd. Yes, it's back on a Nintendo console more than two decades after its N64 debut. There aren't many details at this stage, but it's getting a conspicuous visual upgrade with higher-resolution, widescreen graphics that feel more appropriate for 2019 than 1997.

Game Freak is best known for creating the main series of Pokémon games, starting with Red and Green all the way back in 1996. That's because aside from the occasional one-off games like Drill Dozer back in 2005, the company doesn't really do much besides Pokémon. That changed nearly a year ago when the developer announced it was working on an RPG simply known as Town. During today's Nintendo Direct presentation we got a few more details on this upcoming title, including an October release date and a new name, Little Town Hero.
