Blizzard revealed a fresh suite of swag at San Diego Comic-Con this week. Their new offerings include a pin program, hoodies featuring artwork from Carbot, new plushies, new figurines, and more. It appears Blizzard's licensing trend is to make everything freaking adorable. I, for one, am perfectly okay with that. You can see some of their new products on their Battle.net panel recap or in our gallery of pictures from the show floor below.

Are you headed to the magic, the wonder, the majesty of Comic-Con 2012? The San Diego Comic-Con has evolved into something far more than just comics -- it's now about all kinds of geek entertainment, including video games. While Blizzard won't have a booth at Comic-Con, they'll still have a presence and even a panel for attendees. If you're lucky enough to be headed to geek mecca this weekend, take some time to check out the following. Blizzard Entertainment product showcase Thursday, July 12 Room 6BCF If you've never been to this panel, it's worth attending. While the panel doesn't discuss game development or release dates, it does talk about the other side of Blizzard's products -- the comics, books, action figures, toys and other material they release in conjunction with their games. There is a Q&A at the end of the panel, which will include Chris Metzen and be moderated by Kat Hunter. Add it to your schedule if you're wondering what's going on in the world of Blizzard merchandise! Blizzard Entertainment autograph signings Insight Editions Booth #1035 Want to get your favorite Blizzard stuff autographed? Here's your chance. Friday morning from 10-11:30 a.m., you'll find Micky Neilson, Flint Dille and Matt Burns happily scrawling their signature for you, and from 4-5 p.m. on Friday, Chris Metzen and Samwise Didier will be signing. The Insight Editions booth will also have a sneak peek at the upcoming The Art of Blizzard book, so stopping by is advised! Christie Golden autograph signings Christie Golden has written a ton for Blizzard, and if you've got one of her books, getting it signed is a great idea. Christie will be at the Cryptozoic Store on Thursday between 7-8 p.m. and at the Mysterious Galaxy booth, #1119, from 4-5 p.m. on Thursday. Please note that the Cryptozoic Store is not at the convention, but it's a just a few blocks away; the address is 411 Market Street, downtown. Having gone to Comic-Con a few years, I can tell you that the best way to make sure you get into a panel or an autograph section is to get there early. I can't stress this enough. If you have something to sign, make sure it's not buried in a backpack -- and it's helpful to put a bookmark in the page you want signed, too, if you're bringing a book! Blizzard also has a host of licensing partners showing off all kinds of products from sculptures to books to the WoW TCG. Check out the full post on the official website for more information.

His expansion may be over, but we are far from done with Arthas. Now available for preorder from Sideshow Collectibles, this absolutely gorgeous statue featuring the Lich King himself can be in your greedy hands by the holidays for $349.99. And as a bonus for the Warcraft community, Sideshow has also created an exclusive desktop wallpaper free for download. Arthas stands at 19 inches tall atop an icy, glacier-blue base, hand-painted and frosted. Since this statue is crafted from polystone and weighs in at approximately 20 pounds, you can be certain of one thing -- this is a statue and definitely not an action figure in any way, shape or form. While preorders are open now, the statue is not estimated to ship until October 2012. If you're looking for a stunning, eye-catching holiday present for your favorite Warcraft-playing friend --or simply want a conversation piece for yourself -- this will easily fit the bill. Visit Sideshow's official website to see a full gallery of Arthas in all his glory, place a preorder, or get your hands on the exclusive desktop wallpaper.

The Limited Edition Diorama that was announced at ComiCon is now available for Pre-Order from Sideshow Collectibles. You can only see it unpainted at this time, the number to be made is not finalized and the estimated ship date isn't until at least April 2008, but at least you won't be charged until it ships. The price is $299.99 and as Amanda reported will include a netherwhelp accessory. The sculpture depicts a battle between a Blood Elf Rogue and a Draenei Paladin based on artwork displayed at the last BlizzCon.From Sideshow's site:Each piece is hand-cast in high quality polystone, individually finished and hand-painted to exacting standards. The World of Warcraft Diorama is complete with a hand-numbered individual edition number on the bottom side of the base. Important note: There is a 1 piece limit per household, billing address, shipping address, credit card and/or person. So buying one to touch and another to keep in the box will be a bit tricky.[via Blizzplanet]
