A screenshot snagged by Vzbuzz suggests the Verizon iPhone 4 may go on sale in the near future. According to the leaked image, the 16 GB iPhone 4 will be reduced to $150, a 25% discount off its current $199 price tag. Unfortunately, this screenshot was snagged from Verizon's testman website. Testman is a well-known staging site that Verizon uses to tweak its website, not necessarily advertise upcoming promotions. Apple may be prepping a CDMA/GSM iPhone 5 for launch this fall as rumors suggest, but this released screenshot is not any solid guarantee that a sale or a new phone launch is coming soon. [Via Cnet]

  • BlackBerry 9530 Storm pricing revealed on VZW staging server

Ah, now this is a bit more solid pricing information. Verizon's testman pre-launch site now lists the BlackBerry 9530 Storm for $219.99 under a 2 year contract. Not quite below the $199 threshold set by the iPhone 3G as predicted by some analysts. Then again, the fat lady isn't singing yet so maybe we'll see some kind of mail-in rebate before this gets officially official. Without contract, we're looking at $520 according to the staging server. Pretty close the prices we saw hinted at early last week. See that screen grab and another for the $290 one-year contract after the break.Update: It's worth stressing that these prices could just be leftover placeholders. In fact, much of the describing text refers to the BlackBerry 8830 World Edition Smartphone which currently sells for pre-rebated price of $219.99.[Via Howard Forums, Thanks Paul]

Well, looky here. The LG enV just popped up on Verizon's "testman" staging site in preps for on-line launch. Flauntin' all the specs we've come to uh, envy, we still expect the pup to pop for full launch on Monday the 27th. Nevertheless, we're already getting reports that at least some retail locations have unleashed LG's VX9900 Communicator beast as of yesterday. So step away from the bird, quietly excuse yourself for a smoke, and get your azz down to the neighborhood VZW shop on the sly. Don't worry, you won't be the only one steaming up the glass with your hot greasy, giblet breathed anticipation.Update: Pictures just rolled in from San Francisco purchased unit -- check after the break.[Thanks, Tyler A. and Martin]
