Dell rarely disappoints with its wallet-friendly LCDs, and the new 21.5-inch U2211H and 23-inch U2311H don't look to be changing any trends. The two UltraSharp screens go for $280 and $300, respectively, and they've got that viewing angle-friendly, color accurate IPS tech all the kids are rocking these days.
