Public stunned! Taser coming to Sharper Image?
Rumor has it that Sharper Image will be carrying a "consumer version" of the popular Taser Stun gun normally used by
law enforcement (not so popular with the tas-ee). This news in after the Dayton, Ohio police department ordered over
250 taser stun guns (the new x26 has a cool USB download accessory). But it begs the question, what the heck is going
on in Ohio that requires 256 stun guns?

I can see some of the people saying wow I have to get this. I can see some people needing it in not so nice areas. I work in EMS, this "toy" in the hands of the wrong person will cause major problems. Your worried about kids bringing guns to school well guess what I bet its pretty easy to get that past a metal detector. I'm totaly aginst this being sold to the public

Another misuse of the phrase "beg the question." If you aren't familiar with formal logic and its fallacies, just don't use the phrase.

I smell a hoax. Author - provide sources. This already hit Fark... hope they're smart enough to see this is likely fake.

They are very easy to get i do sell them but you need to check with your states laws befor you purchase them. Otherwise they might frown on it a bit LOL

At last, a time out that works. Now my kids will stop their tantrums and silly question. No more "are we there yet" on long road trips and the rooms will be cleaned the FIRST time I ask. My wife will be the woman she should be. I think this is a GREAT idea!

Now as an employee showing off the product, we can GUARANTEE your child will shut up and stop moving before the batteries run out.
