Aussie wants giant cellphone-shaped building
No pictures of this, since it hasn't actually been built yet, but some dude in Australia who is already known as
"Crazy John" just got approval to build a 34-story apartment building in South Melbourne that'll be shaped like a
gigantic cellphone, complete with a rooftop antenna and enormous buttons.

Crazy John has been around for ten years or so. Last year He took 'Crazy Ron' (also a phone seller) to court. Because of Crazy John having been around for ten years Crazy Ron got the boot.

At the current rate of technologcal advancement, conventional handheld mobile phones will be replaced within the next 10-15 years, maybe sooner. The proposed design is similar to the already out-dated "brick" phone. If it is built, it will be regretful. Imagine living today in a building shaped like a 34-storey video cassette.
