I am with Qwest, and they are selling this same phone V710 today for $359. , and it is a year old, if not older. I have really no options on phones with them ? My old Motorola just crapped out, and so this is my options for a real new phone with them. I am hoping that it will work OK at least for awhile. I can not believe that if you want to keep your service with who you are with, that they can extort you for the Big $ like this, and then getting a Old out of Date phone, as today. I can see if they are giving it to you, but having to pay for it ? As I have had service for four years, and I do not wish to re sign up, as I think, I may switch companies in the new year ? That is if this phone does not work good, and if a company that I desire to belong to, has a Samsung SCH - A970 it is a Sprint phone, and I am guessing many companies will be selling it in the year to come. It is really a Cool Phone :-) It was $400. but Best Buy had a deal on it for $99, if you signed up again, with Sprint for two years. Check it out, as I think, I will be owning it in the New Year ? I hope :-) Big Dog...
